If you have a non-standard deadbolt, such as a tubular or interlocking lock, you may still be able to install a Level lock.
A tubular lock, from the outside, looks like a combined latch and deadbolt.
An interlocking lock combines the latch and deadbolt action, so that when you turn the handle, both the latch and deadbolt move.
If you have either of these locks, contact Support to find out if your particular lock can be made to work with Level Bolt, Level Lock+, or Level Lock – Touch Edition.
Mortise locks unfortunately aren’t compatible with Level locks.
